It should sync automatically. I made the mistake of pushing the sync button on my SP food tracker and I would up with every food item logged twice on FitBit.

I believe if you have the option marked to automatically sync on this page:
, then it should update on its own. I know the step tracker automatically does, so the food portion should as well with the automatic sync option marked.

Does anyone know the answer to this question....

Can I sync my food log (from Sparkpeople) to my fitbit via my Sparkpeople Mobile App? I can sync it from the website from my computer but I travel for work. I use my mobile device all the time. It would be a big pain in the rear if I have to boot up my computer and sync three times a day!
