It should sync automatically. I made the mistake of pushing the sync button on my SP food tracker and I would up with every food item logged twice on FitBit.

I believe if you have the option marked to automatically sync on this page:
www.sparkpeople.com/fitbit/connect.asp
, then it should update on its own. I know the step tracker automatically does, so the food portion should as well with the automatic sync option marked.

Hope that helps,

Coach Jen

Does anyone know the answer to this question....

Can I sync my food log (from Sparkpeople) to my fitbit via my Sparkpeople Mobile App? I can sync it from the website from my computer but I travel for work. I use my mobile device all the time. It would be a big pain in the rear if I have to boot up my computer and sync three times a day!
