Your Quick Tracker will be above the Strength Training box. All you have to do is enter the name of your class (or whatever you want to call it, really) and how many minutes you did it!

You only get time for ST, not calories burned. Unless you are trying to track your progress as to how much weight you are lifting, I wouldn't really bother.

still having trouble figuring this out. I saw the track strength, and add strength but not a User Entered or Quick tracker...so for the time being I just tracked it as another Turbo Kick class, as I do that right before IBB

If you click on Add Strength Exercise, then click the User Entered tab, you can put your workout in there as one entry. You only get 5 minutes of credit for each strength exercise you add, so if you want to make the minutes correct, add the rest of them using your Quick Tracker.

I regularly attend an Interval Body Blast strength training class and do not know how to track those minutes on the fitness tracker. Recording all the exersizes and reps would be time consuming and as it changes each class would be difficult.

I would greatly appreciate any help you all can give me!!
