I have been to the gym today for a new programme appointment and they have changed my whole routine. I am a really nervous person anyway and not being in control makes me anxious but this has really knocked me for 6!
Is it normal to feel this way? The programme feels so hard and different to my old one and I know I need to challenge myself again but I scared this is going to make me dread going to the gym and I don't want that at all.
Can anyone offer me any advice or support please?
