I HOPE ALL IS GOING WELL FOR YOU ALL. AS FOR ME, I BEGAN SPARKPEOPLE MONTHS AGO. I WAS MOTIVATED BUT BACK INJURIES & LACK OF HELPFUL PAIN MANAGEMENT WEIGHED ME DOWN. I HAVE GOOD PAIN MANAGEMENT NOW, GOING TO THERAPY AT THE WELLNESS CENTER. I'VE WENT BEYOND THE LIMIT I THOUGHT WOULD BE A DOOZY FOR ME. I AM VERY DETERMINED THIS TIME TO PUSH MYSELF TO THE MAX & I'M GETTING GOOD RESULTS INSIDE & OUT. BLESSINGS DEAR SPARKPEOPLE FRIENDS & THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME :-)
