Been here three times. I never gained back what I lost the first time. I stay within 5 lbs of my lowest weight. I need to track my food and get the rest of the weight off so I always fall back here. There is so much information and great tips that it just works. At least for me it does.

I hadn't been using Sparkpeople like I should for a while so I deleted my account. Now I figure I REALLY need to get help because I need to lose at least 50 pounds and I will be 60 years old next year so I can't keep putting it off. My knees sometimes bother me and I figure if I lost some weight that would help a lot with that. My main problem, is my stomach and would love to get rid of that. Hoping for some help along the way and making new friends that I can correspond with. Anyway, good luck to everyone and Keep On Sparking.
