I wouldn't worry about the salmon so much. the prepackaged stuff is only 3-5 oz. Go to the high end. If you over guesstimate it is not that big a deal. You sound like you are doing fine.

What exactly do you need help with? It sounds like you are doing pretty good? 3-4 ounces of meat is about the size of a deck of cards, or the palm of your hand.

Good job not eating more than one chocolate almond thing! If it doesn't say dark, it isn't, but that is okay too. Everything in moderation, and no matter what, you did that.

Ok so I've been good all week about tracking my food. As I just started this week. I'm going crazy though because I don't know how much SALMON I ate last nigh and the package did not give that information. I am assuming it was only about 3-4 ounces. Also I had a piece of chocolate w/ and almond, that came from Costco. My husband purchased one of those tubs of those (we think) is DARK chocolate with almonds. He heard dark chocolate is good for you and we almonds ARE. The funny thing is i grabbed 2 SMALL pieces and when I was done with the first I didn't want the second. I guess that is a good thing. Can someone please help? I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
