Eat proper food that is good for your body, stay hydrated with water and cut out sugar makes the difference! I know this is the fact. I have started to drink more water instead of sodas my skin was clear and glowing. I love it! Keep it up....

I am no doctor and don't have any specifics, but I think that it is due to proper hydration and the nutrients of the healthy foods that affect our entire body. Our body is receiving enough good nutrients and water that it uses it from the inside out. So if there is not enough your skin will show it.
