Eat proper food that is good for your body, stay hydrated with water and cut out sugar makes the difference! I know this is the fact. I have started to drink more water instead of sodas my skin was clear and glowing. I love it! Keep it up.... emoticon

Intercessory and Warfare prayers are part of my Ministry about 9 years. God miraculous has answer prayers. I know I served a Living God that want to do mighty things in our lives. Fasting often. Like to read Bible, read other inspiration books,

I am no doctor and don't have any specifics, but I think that it is due to proper hydration and the nutrients of the healthy foods that affect our entire body. Our body is receiving enough good nutrients and water that it uses it from the inside out. So if there is not enough your skin will show it.

I just noticed the my skin looks better since I started exercising an eating healthy. Can someone explain why that has happened, whats the connection between how one's skin looks and their lifestyle.
