If you don't want to dose yourself with caffeine, try some peppermint tea. Also, lying down for a bit with ice at the base of your skull will help. This shouldn't last for more than 4-5 days. You can do it!

Ok this is my 2nd day on my diet/workout routine! I cut out sugars and caffeine cold turkey! Now, my head is throbbing! Any home remedies that may help? My workout this morning made it worse and looking at the computer to do my schoolwork is not making it that easy either. Really would appreciate any help I could get...kids will be here soon! Lol! Thanks!
