Hi and welcome!! It's great to have you here! Jump right in and make yourself at home. Join a team or two and get the support and inspiration you need!! I wish you all the best!

I wish you the best on the HCG. I do not approve of it so I will never do it. If it works for you, that's great.

well I'm back with another attempt, finding that I could not lose the fat on the on all the diets (were all different) any way and I must say with all the opinions and warnings, I chose to to go for it! well its been 4 days now, results thus far dropped 2 lbs, 1 inch off my bust, 1.5 inch on waist and 2 inches on hips. from what I read Since HCG affects only the abnormal fat, such as "belly fat" or the "spare tire," this is my main problem! I have skinny legs wrists, ankles etc.. my problem started when I chose to have a tummy tuck, ( 5 children) not wanting lipo I only chose removal of the loose skin, I was told that the fat will have to go somewhere and it did right above the scar.. long story short I have always been skinny with saggy belly skin from pregnancy's.. however over the years I quit smoking and my new crutch was eating.. so with that said I gained belly fat & big breasts, never thought I would ever gain what I did, but 45 lbs below my breast bone to my waist! no fat on hips, legs or arms, just boobs and muffin.I been to doctors(diets) lost weight everywhere where I didn't need it! belly fat still there.. so my DR recommended me to just try it..he explained that Although Abnormal Fat is a potential reserve for body fuel, it is not available to the body in a nutritional emergency as is Normal Fat. This is how fat is utilized in the body. When someone overweight goes on a diet, they try to reduce their weight by starving themselves. First they will lose their Normal Fat. When this is exhausted, the body begins to burn up Structural Fat and then only as a last resort, the body yields its Abnormal fat, there is three kinds of fat Structural Fat: this kind of fat fills the gaps between various organsó a sort of packing material, Normal Fat: is deposited all over the body. Abnormal Fat is the bad fat It is the accumulation of this Fat, and this Fat only, is what an overweight person carries. so the HCG Injection goes right for the stored fat because the body thinks its pregnant, so it attacks the stored fat to nourish the fetus.. so for me I just wanted to share and should anyone doing the HCG diet please contact me and we can share recipes and progress..this is a life choice and may not agree with others please do respond with negative opinions. thank you all and good luck with your choices.. happy dieting
