I guess that you have already found the answer to your question. But gorging with the hCG helps keep you from feeling hungry while on the diet. IIf I had seen your post in time, I would have recommended that you start over. If you are feeling hungry I would try adding in some Shiritaki noodles for an added feeling of fullness. I would also suggest preparing your meals as soups for the times you are feeling hungry.

Since 1975, the FDA has required labeling and advertising of HCG to state:
"HCG has not been demonstrated to be effective adjunctive therapy in the treatment of obesity. There is no substantial evidence that it increases weight loss beyond that resulting from caloric restriction, that it causes a more attractive or 'normal' distribution of fat, or that it decreases the hunger and discomfort associated with calorie-restricted diets."
I am just starting HCG and have a question. Hopefully someone can help... I spent the first two days gorging but didn't realize I was also spose to take the drops for those two days. I am starting the drops on the 3rd day (today) and starting my 500 cal / day routine. I was very upset at myself last night once I realized my mistake by not taking the drops while I was gorging.
Does anyone know how this will affect the weight loss?
I don't plan on stopping or starting the 2 days of gorge over. I really just want to start the 500 call / day routine and start the drops today - but again I don't know how not taking the HCG drops during those first 2 days will influence the weight loss process.
