I don't know anything about the FitBit, but I have the Sparks Activity Tracker and have been using it four days now. I really like it! I'm glad I bought it. :) I guess to become unconfused, you'll have to ask someone who has had both, but I wanted to let you know that I'm happy with the Tracker.
