I am so proud of you!!
I've been doing weights for a gazillion years off and on, and you know what? There's new machines I don't know about (before this year, I hadn't set foot in the gym for about 8 years)and honestly, I've avoided them due to my ignorance.

Then you posted and inspired me! Next visit, I will pick one new machine and to heck w/ looking dorky - I'll do it. 'Cause of YOU!
Thanks!

Huge accomplishment! You should be proud of yourself--now you can share the Spark and help someone else who seems to be struggling with figuring out a piece of equipment! :)

The fear of looking dorky keeps me from doing a lot of things. You should be proud of overcoming any hesitation and learning something new to help you with healthy living.

That machine is scary at first, but I really like it now. Great job on your fitness! Keep up the good work.

It's taken me a month to get the courage to try each piece of gym equipment -- even the most dreaded dip machine. It felt a little dorky reading each picture and trying to figure out how to adjust seats and find the proper weights but, I did it any way. I definitely feel more confident going up to a machine now.
