So what is the difference between the picture on the left taken on 12 August 2012 and the one taken yesterday??

The left is 79.6kg. The right is 78.4kg. (Only 2.5lbs between them)

Yes, living proof that muscle is smaller than fat. And might I say Hallelujah that my partner found this picture on his phone. I was going crazy with not losing much weight and even gaining twice in the last 6-8 weeks. Now I can see what my body was doing. It was building muscles by using my fat stores. I started my strength training two weeks before the picture on the left.

Now that's progress the scale just can't tell me about!
