Growing old at all is a good place to start. Growing old gracefully and pain-free is a GREAT place to start. Growing old healthy, gracefully, and pain-free could just be the PERFECT place to end up as well as to start. Don't wait until you are starting to approach growing OLD before you do something about it. What you do at 20 may well determine how well you achieve your goals. I am long past that stage and growing old HEALTHIER is what I am left with - LOL

With love and caring from Nancy ... wishing all of you a wonderful, blessed, and precious day.

I want to enjoy the second half of my life. Being healthy is a big part of that.

I'm with both of you- I haven't even had kids yet, so I am happy I'm making this change now so I can have a long healthy life with them and my amazing hubby!

Current goal:
-8 pounds (32 total) by October

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

I am 53. I want to participate in the next 30 years, not be a spectator to them.
