You can send a screenshot to denise@sparkpeople.com, but make sure you put SparkPeople Grouping in the subject line so I can flag it before it can be filtered to my spam folder.

Also, do you have any settings on your computer or browser set to block anything? Perhaps your browser or security/anti-virus program is blocking something on that page?

Hi Denise,

I have tried in in Internet Explorer now - the same thing happens. My normal browser is Goolge Chrome.
When I click add to grouping or create new grouping or edit grouping a screen like this one with an orange border comes up with a heading that I can only see the top mm of. There is nothing to click on that screen. However, I put a complete evening dinner in one by one and then clicked in the top line of that whole entry to create a grouping, that was fine. I think I will have to sit later today and really go through it carefully. I really do want to succeed and lose a few kilo's before April. We have a wedding in the UK. By the way we live in Spain so on-line is the only weight loss way for me. I am only a few kilos over - 10 to be precise!!!

Did it work with a different browser? Which browser and version of browser are you using that it isn't working for you?

I will try it in a different browser. Do Spark People have an email address that I can send a copy of the screen that opens that does not have the option to add food to a grouping? Yes, the screen opens up but there is nothing on it!!!

Thanks for responding anyway - I will give a different browser a try.

As for the issue with the new grouping, what do you mean by "I cannot access the screen that pops up"? Does the screen actually open up? What do you see on there? Also, have you tried it in a different browser to see if that makes a difference?

I am struggling (new to this). I have my meal planner sorted and made a selection of groupings. I now want to add new groupings and amend one. However, when I click on "create New Grouping" I cannot access the screen that pops up. Please help me someone! emoticon - u huh! why doesn't my emoticon show up either?
