I love group classes. I do a lot of spin classes and yoga. Body pump is too tough on my wrists so I do my own weight training.

I'm doing spin classes and body pump (weights). Some yoga too when I can fit it to my schedule.

I am a newly certified TurboKick Instructor and was wondering where you buy your TurboKick Rounds? I cannot seem to figure out where to purchase them!

It's true, they do go faster to me it seems... Fun music, group atmosphere, an instructor helping with form, working as one but challenging your personal level.. I'm a fan

I've heard group power is similar to body pump!! If so, LOVE it... Did it today :) Going to teach hip hop hustle.

Not many places here teach jazzerise ... That would be a fun one to test out

I like zumba, water aerobics, water yoga, and water walking. My next foray will probably be spinning. I need a class once in a while to break up the monotony. I do like swimming laps or taking long walks on my own. I'm also a fan of crank-up-the-music dancing!

I love my Group Power weight lifting classes and have been doing them for almost a year. I took my last spin bike class today. The gym won't be teaching them as they are going to teach step aerobics instead.

Rebecca, I would love to try something like that! 90 minutes? Now that's a challenge, phew.. I couldn't even imagine doing Turbo for 90 minutes, wowza!

I see we have a lot of people who like to work out by themselves :) That's great too! I sometimes like to have my personal time as well while I work out... Great for reflecting

The only indoor class I take during the whole year is Kickboxing. I tend to be a lone wolf type of exerciser yet I take Spin Class during the winter but as soon as I can get outside to bike....

LEAH_ASHLEY in answer to the Tae Kwon Do class. It was by far the most challenging fitness workout I have ever done. The classes were around 90 minutes and my Sensai was a 5th dan black belt and corrected even the smallest nuances that were off. I was the only female with 12 exceptionally wonderful Englishmen and that extraordinary Sensai. Memorable group and ongoing tools for living gained. emoticon emoticon

I tried body pump for the first time today! I was scared at first, but after it ended, it was very rewarding!

I do cycling, yoga, boxing and ab class. I love them all. I'd like to try Pilates but none is offered in the evening and I work during the day. I love trying new classes and I wish they offered line dancing as well since Zumba takes more coordination than I have.

I participate regularly in indoor cycle classes, body work, and total body conditioning. I also did an Insanity class earlier this year and loved it. Another favorite is boot camp and I also did a weekend warriors class. In a few of these classes, the instructors have incorporated HITT and Tabata, which is great.

I would love to try yoga because I know it would help me with flexibility. I've tried it a few different times and enjoyed it. I did Zumba...twice for 20 minutes each session. That was sufficient for me but I know many people who love it. My gym also offers an aqua Zumba class which is quite popular.

I took Pilates classes several years ago; now I do Pilates at home. But I highly recommend taking a few classes to get the proper form & breathing

now I take spin and Tabata. I've also done some Boot Camp classes

I enjoy zumba and spinning very much. Tried one yoga class, but I really liked it. I'm not very coordinated, and I felt awkward.

Zumba is so fun! That's the biggest class at my gym , checking in at around 50 participants a class! I'm going to Zumba tonight

I'll do Zumba once a week for 6 months and stop for 6 months and go back again. Line dancing offered at the gym would be nice.

I have done group classes in ballet, modern dance, yoga and tae kwon do and thoroughly enjoyed them.

It's been a long journey for me into fitness. I have always been into group fitness classes since I was in junior high. I should have known that one day I would be teaching group fitness :). I am going into my senior year studying exercise physiology! I plan to apply for my masters in exercise physiology this winter.

I teach turbokick, piyo strength, hip hop hustle, and power dance currently. I love every second of instructing a class. Soon I will be teaching an Insanity class as well.

Shout out to all of my instructors!!

Who all does group fitness classes? What classes do you do? How long have you been doing them??

If you haven't, what class would you like to try someday?
