I fear you are right. I have been experiencing more pain rather than less. I do need my doctor. I want to say this is so ill timed, but when is the proper time for injury? On the bright side, it was my knees I was testing to see if the work I had been doing on my quads was paying off. My knees sailed through like a charm. I guess I need more groin work.

Have you talked to your doctor and gotten clearance to exercise? It's hard to work your body in isolation (especially with a core injury) so you should get clearance first.
I got overconfident and pulled my groin muscle a few days ago. I waited a couple of days and tried to do what I thought was some gentle movement. I hurt myself again. Is there anything that I can do with my upper body that will give me some aerobic benefit until my injury heals? I am two weeks into a new challenge and I really don't want to stop working out now.
