I usually spend about $75.00 each week for me and my hubby, I do try to have at least 2 meatless meals each week which helps keep my cost down. I also shop at a farmer's market which has better prices for our veggies.

I spend between $40-70 per week for a family of 4 adults. That doesn't include approximately $100 we spend monthly at Sam's Club.

I spend about $300 for 2 weeks. I make a grocery list before I go shopping. This is for a family of 4 adults. I shop once a week.

I average about 60-70/week for myself. This is for ALL meals...I hardly ever eat out. :)
We shop once a week currently. We plan our list carefully and try not to go to the store more than that. If we don't get something during that trip then we go without until the next week. We spend $130 to $160 including pet food and non food items for 2 adults, 1 teenager, 2 dogs and 3 cats.
I shop for myself -- so it might not be the most helpful comparison for you. I live in a metro area, so things are definitely on the more expensive end.
My grocery spending averages to be about $50 per week. I do a larger shopping trip about every other week, where I will stock up on pantry items. I do shop two, maybe three, times per week, usually to pick up fresh produce or meat / seafood.
How much do you spend a week on groceries and how often do you go shopping? I have probably already spent 175 this week and we still need a few more things! We are a family of 4, two adults and two children.
