I see what looks good and plan from there... I go with an open mind grocery shopping but not hungry of course... today I came back with organic apples.... very good price... a bag of avocados also good price and some yellow beans... and some grapefruit... total under 6 dollars... so I am now eating avocado and turkey sandwiches.... and eating lots of apples..

When I add a food to my meal plan for the upcoming week, it automatically adds it to my grocery list too. What are you having difficulty with??
