MISSRUTH I haven't been on Spark People in so long, I didn't know what to do with myself LOL I did find the T25 SparkTeam. Thanks!
KCLARK89 thank you. Since I'm starting tomorrow, I need to get cracking with groceries. I know preparation is key.

There is probably a Spark Team for T25 already-- if you do a search, you could post your question there and get some suggestions from people already doing T25. Short of that (since I don't know what their grocery list entails) just do the best you can. If it says, say, asparagus, what it means is, a low-starch green vegetable. You could substitute in green beans which are pretty cheap (frozen).

Look in the book at the 25 "keep it real" foods. That's what I went off of, because I agree, things are pricey! Especially the quinoa! So I subbed brown rice for it in a few of the recipes and tweaked other parts too so that I stayed within my grocery budget.
