There is probably a Spark Team for T25 already-- if you do a search, you could post your question there and get some suggestions from people already doing T25. Short of that (since I don't know what their grocery list entails) just do the best you can. If it says, say, asparagus, what it means is, a low-starch green vegetable. You could substitute in green beans which are pretty cheap (frozen).

Look in the book at the 25 "keep it real" foods. That's what I went off of, because I agree, things are pricey! Especially the quinoa! So I subbed brown rice for it in a few of the recipes and tweaked other parts too so that I stayed within my grocery budget.

Good Morning!

I am getting ready to start this program and I wanted to connect with someone or even a group of Real People who are actually doing this. I definitely need the accountability.

I want to be in alignment as much as possible regarding meal preparations but it seems so expensive to buy food for 2 people for the 5 day Fast Track and then the following weeks.

How can this be done effectively on a Serious Budget especially when we don't have the majority of the items on the list?

Any suggestions?
