Hi Diane. There are a lot of great tools here to help you reach your girls. Set up a Spark page, visit & join some Spark Teams, and be sure to use the nutrition and fitness trackers. They are very helpful.

I'm new as well, and from what I see, yes, it's a weight loss site.
I'm not sure how well the tools work, but the fundamentals expressed by the site are solid. Don't go for the miracle pill, stay active, don't starve yourself, etc.

Hello everyone, I'm Diane. I stumbled across this community when I was looking for some motivational material. Is this a weight loss community or more than that. The tools I've seen so far look sort of like Weight Watchers
I'm from Florida and have 2 grown children and 5 grandchildren. I work from home mostly online or wherever I happen to be. I love traveling and cruises and just going any place in general. I spent 15 years working for someone else in accounting and just got burned out and decided to try a better way.
I'd love to learn a little more about this community, What is it's purpose? from what I've seen so far it's about weight loss and exercise. ?? am I on target?
