I had to stop them last week due to a medication for plantar fasciitis, I dont like mixing medication and supplements. I did restart them Monday and the same thing, no side effect, and feeling good. Im still not exercising and slowly losing. Didnt gain during that week, so thats good
Ok ladies here it goes, as of today I have lost 3lbs. and like I mentioned so side effects so far. I havent been exercising due to a heel spur and Plantar fasciitis. I have to admit some days I eat healthy, some days I dont. A huge difference in cravings, I get full faster and longer and a boost of energy, but not jittery. I also started the red raspberry ketones yesterday. Im taking 2 in the morning and 1 at lunch before meals, a 1200 mg total.Hope this helps and I will keep posting if any changes. Doris

I'm not taking supplements of green coffee extract, but it is in the Starbucks Refreshers. I drink one a day (60 calories, something different than water, and as the name suggests, refreshing), and I have also noticed no jitters but a nice energy lift.
I fell off the wagon a few months ago, and weight was creeping up again. Came back to SP and at the same time started with the green coffee extract. I know there isnt a magic pill but I thought what the heck, let me give this a try. Well I've been taking them since Tuesday and unless my scale is broken it appears I'm down 2 lbs. My appetite has been at a minimal, no jitters or any side effect so far. I have to admit, I haven't been exercising again yet,I will continue to take them for a month and will keep updating.
