I just had the most satisfying perfect dinner, I could not feel fuller, happier, or more filled with deliciousness. It was soooo easy too. I finally wanted to try using Greek Yogurt instead of other stuff in mashed potatoes. It was awesome! I ate chicken cooked in a little barbecue sauce, with mashed potatos mixed with one tablespoon of greek yogurt with about .5 tbsp's light butter, and i had a handful of green beans on the side. This meal was 429 calories, 46 carbs, 7 grams of fat, and 41 grams of protein! Im at 1300 calories, and am under the minimum of my fat by 3 grams, looks like I get to find something yummy to eat a bit later!
