I actually love using the reports section of Sparkpeople as well! Thanks for putting the link up. :)

There are lots of charts (above) where you can see your fitness etc over whatever time frame you choose. This link is found under 'Start' drop down menu "Reports"

I've been using to keep me on track with my workouts, and I like it so much that I thought I should share it! It's awesome because it's so simple and visual: keeping that streak of red going -- and avoiding having it tell me that I've been dropping the ball -- is apparently super motivational to my lizard brain. :) (I also count taking my allotted weekly active recovery day as "getting things done," so I'm not tempted to over train just to keep my streak going.)

This site would also be great for keeping track of other things, like days that you stay within your calorie range or any other daily goals. I definitely highly recommend it: I convinced myself to do my workout tonight pretty much COMPLETELY so I wouldn't break my almost three week long chain. I can't wait to see how long I can make it!
