My favorite is 2-3 large strawberries (8 cals each)
with 1/2 - one Tbsp of Hersheys special dark sauce (55 cals/Tbsp)

Cup of green tea before dessert to fill me up, and a cup afterwards if still feel like putting something in my mouth.

One of my favorite desserts is 1/4 or 1/2 of a graham cracker and one dark chocolate hershey kiss. It's a little under 100 calories and so tasty and easy. They go so well together.
