Wonderful article!! The point that really got to me was "You should work out because you can". Makes me feel guilty if I don't! I've been given an able body and the least I can do is take care of it. Thanks for sharing!
Article was good. However it is missing my 5 favorite reasons: kristopher, cassie, emily, lyle, and number 5 to be born in July. (these are my nieces and nephews) They are truly my greatest motivation and inspiration. I have a picture of Lyle (who just turned 1 finger today) and I can't say no to him. he says to do three more squats and i do them. He says to eat more green veggies and I do.
