I have been looking and looking for a great 10 minute workout for a very long time something I could do before work every morning but something that would be different every week. I finally found it. Its a up and coming great Fitness Coach who has started a 10 exercises in 10 minutes plan. Check them out blog.yvettesalva.com/ . She posted one today for the Core area - its great 50 seconds with each exercise and 10 second rest between each you never can get bored. What do you all think? I do it using my iphone in morning
