It is something I have noticed: if there is a change in your walking gait, people who know you think that you are in pain. Re-learning a skill doesn't always look natural, but folks can get the job done, and get on with independent moving.

I've been taking it for granted. Tomorrow's walk will be with your brother in mind! Thank you for making me more aware of what I can do.

Someone close to me has been quite sick. He has to learn how to walk all over again. When I think about that, I am glad to be able to walk. Most days, I do walk between 2 and 4 miles. Today I walked 2 for my brother.
