Fanastic reasons for wanting to lose weight! I also started my Poundage Plan when my OsteoArthritis got so bad that I could hardly walk and was facing surgery. That was 11 months and 126# ago. I no longer need surgery and rarely have any knee pain.
You can do it, too.

Hi, My name is christine and I am struggling with my weight and need to lose alot. I have not been this heavy since I was pregnant with my first child back in 1986. I have been struggling with OA in my joints and have been told by doctors if I do not lose this weight I will not be walking in the next one to two years. I recently injured my back and have a tear in l4/l5 which is causing alot of pain. I have been out of work since May 28th, and I do not see myself able to return and i am depressed. I want to lose this weight so I can play with my grandchildren like a normal person without having to struggle to move. Looking forward to my future weight loss, I hope.
