You are very inspiring.

I recently joined SP. My last months cholesterol number is at 270. Its steadily going up.

I am trying so hard to lower it. I have lost 55#'s since April 2011. And I need only 10~15#'s left to go.

What diet plan have you use to lower yours? And how much exercise do you do daily? And what type? Any supplements you take that helped lowering it? Are you taking any statins?

I do no exercise, and this maybe part of my problem. I don't know??

I'm still learning how to navigate myself around SP. Its really hard with slow dial-up.
I have learn so much from this site so far. I'm happy to find you all :)

My highest (before Sparkpeople) was 238. When I joined Sparkpeople it was 213. The latest test taken three days ago: 152! Of course, I owe it all to Sparkpeople and the subsequent healthy lifestyle I've been living for the past year and a half: eating right and exercise.
