Hi SaVanna and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! Get familiar with everything and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. Use the team search bar and type in things like hobbies/interests or the first number of your age followed by a 0 and the word something. Example - "30 something", good luck on your journey

Hi everyone. My name is SaVanna and I have about 50 pounds to lose. I actually am working on a graduate degree in nutrition and will be a registered dietitian within the next couple of months! I have struggled with weight all of my life, and dieting in high school actually led me to pursue becoming a dietitian. I have been steadily losing weight and am more determined than ever to lose the last 50!
