Great job. It's nice getting your exercise done in the morning, at times. Then you don't have to worry about getting it done at night.

Instead of waiting until the end of the day to go to the gym, with the risk that something would get in the way, I just got up and took a 2.5 mile walk with the dog. If I make it to the gym tonight I now have bonus points. Feeling pretty good. Also down one pound from three days ago. emoticon
