Hi I have just joined :) After piling 3 stone on in 12 months, and started my diet Every Monday for 12 months and obviously failed! I feel that enough is enough, I clearly cant diet on my own and need support and motivation, My biggest problem is the 'get home after work and crack open a bottle of wine' which then leads to eating rubbish not to mention the damage I am doing to myself drinking a bottle of wine a day!
Anyone else out there struggling like me? I NEED to get my body back, I have refused to buy any new clothes in a year when I have a load of lovely clothes that I should be able to fit into, Lived in Leggings for 12 months and I want my jeans on!!!!!!!! xx
