Mixed nuts, trail mix and yogurt with honey and/or granolas are my quick go-to items. Do you eat breakfast and it should last for some time as that what causes my munchies monster!

Ya, almonds are good. AND....a good choice to munch on.
I usually have them around the house, too. But I have a tendency to eat over the 14 that should be eaten and then I get an awful stomachache.

Me too, yesterday and today...which is really unusual for me.
After lunch I tore up a bunch of kale and made chips--3C kale with 1 t olive oil, roast in oven at 400 for about ten minutes. Then I added some homemade Mexican seasoning and a tiny bit of salt. Smoked paprika is good on kale too. Felt very indulgent but it was only 22 carbs.

And where does one get these "chickpeas ?" Are they in the produce section? Do tell, it sounds great on the increasing serotonin levels and killing cravings!!!
