I just got my Sparkpeople cookbook today, and I've been reading through it with a growing sense of excitement. Some of this stuff is weird, yes, but some of it looks REALLY, really good... but I don't know where to start!

If you have this book, what's your favorite recipe from it, and why? IS there something your family just loves? Do you have kids, and if so, which recipes do they like?
