Thank you so much for all the help I recieved. I have a training schedule to go by now. I'm watching how many calories I eat.1500, also I have to watch the carbs close. Any sugestions on what kind of food I should eat more of to fuel my body and amp the workouts? I know being a diabetic, it's not easy.
