All I have to say is that yesterday was a bad day. I was sore from Wednesday (I think I might have overdone it with my Fit for Duty podcast + the January Jump Start video + a 1.75 mile walk with my boyfriend later that day). Along with that I committed carbicide on a level that I have not gone through in a long time (I'm pretty sure it had to do with my lady time). Usually by this point, I just throw my hands up and say screw it with all this and forget about workout, trying better the next day, etc.
Well, not this time. This morning, I got up, did some stretches to loosen my calf muscles up, put a little icy hot on, and got out and walked. I also did the video I missed yesterday (legs...So I was struggling a little), and then the video for today (arms). I feel extremely proud that I didn't just give up, that I actually got back on that pony.
