Have you tried fish? One recipe I love for chicken is: Boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in portion size, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese and 2 tlbs bread crumbs. Wash and pat dry the chicken. In a separate bowl combine the cheese and bread crumbs. Coat the chicken with the bread and cheese. Place on a baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. 161 calories 3g fat and 0g fiber. This is a recipe from weight watchers.
Another idea is ground chicken. Great for grilling.
Good luck with the gallbladder. I needed to have mine removed. You never know what will set it off.

I don't want gallbladder surgery so I'm going low fat, low cholesterol and no beef. I do eat poultry because that's the only thing I can tolerate. I put my whole family on same diet because I know its good for them. They don't mind, but we get very bored and I get tempted. But, I know if I fall of the wagon, I could end up under the knife. I've lost 33 lbs and am on a great exercise plan so I'm having fun that way, but getting bored with food. Got any ideas??
