Congratulations, THEKATESKI! That is incredible. You've inspired me! I already did my strength training for the day, and I didn't have any cardio scheduled, but I think I'm going to go do some jogging. Somehow, the wet weather outside doesn't phase me after seeing your post.

I have done now over 1000 minutes of exercising in May!!! Woohoo!!! I think that is probably an all time record for myself!
