My scale was exactly 200.0 today. 1/10 of a pound away. It's killing me that I haven't quite hit it, but exciting to know it's coming soon.

Reached 190 this morning, so wanted to pay my final respects to 200ville as I haven't seen you for 30 days now and I'll be leaving the 90s soon. No offense, but being an enabler is not being a friend. You held me in a dream-like trance for a couple months and clutched at me when I tried to let go. Wave goodbye and watch in the distance as I put more fitness minutes, time, sweat, self-confidence, blogging and pure joy between us.

193.7 looks strangely low to me, like my scale's not right. Like I got something I wished for. 10 lbs in a month and still in Onederland.

The Spark concept is amazing, the Spark book is motivating - this new way of looking at weight loss, BUT MORE, is what is needed today in the world of fitness and healthy living. It all fits together.

I always knew there was another way, a better way, to look at it.

Hit 195 this morning, it's been about 6 months since I was that weight and it was a devastating number on the way up. Now it's just sweet, which proves we are all in this journey together no matter we are right now.

My program is easy, but challenging when you have house-guests eating pizza and drinking wine. I just put my Crystal Light in a wine glass and enjoy the toppings :) When eating out, you're usually always safe with the grilled chicken and it's usually available everywhere.

Just got some CarbSmart "ice cream" bars, haven't tried them yet.

Easy to order breakfast out this morning on my 2nd day of low carb living. Bacon and veggie omelette, substituted sliced tomoatoes for hash browns and gave the muffin to my DH. Feeling great, this is easy.

Never even thought of the sugar in the gummy vitamins....no wonder it sent my blood sugar up. Thanks for the tip.

Because I've been tracking low fat foods, I've ended up with a bunch of high carb and sugary things in the house starting with my coffee creamer which is 6 carbs! Starting low carb tracking today, my body immediately reacted to the absence of sugar for the first 3 hrs of the day by shedding some fat - if ya know what I mean. Very excited about this! My gummy vitamins also contain sugar so I'll have to find a replacement. .

Back on track today. Picked up cheese, veggies, deli meat, a few Atkins bars and shakes, ready to go with less carbs and start burning some fat!

Looking forward to another healthy day despite what the day's events might bring.

Very impressed with NCOVERT results, very inspiring!

Got lucky on the rain today, my jog took place between 2 downpours.

Small blessings: Qigong (thanks Winterhartt), my Ninja smoothie-maker, my supportive spouse. Am starting to become interested in low carb rather than low fat, the research makes sense.

In December i said goodbye to 300ville and by the middle of next month I will be saying goodbye to 200ville. Going to be a wonderful feeling.

I feel great and am loving what my program has given me.

Back in One-derland! 199.0! thanks for encouragement Littlebiggirl2. Was it hard yesterday to stick to good eating, especially right before bedtime? It was soooo frustrating. But as my friend, Mrs. Joi Williams, blogged, I was excited to wake up feeling great, I looked forward to my mediation and prayer time, weigh in and my walking. I went this morning despite the rain..and the wind! Will it be hard today to resist poor eating and temptation, probably...but will I stick it? I made up my mind to just do it.

Little gratitudes: doggie walked with me, DH exercised as well (not with me which is perfect), a digital scale, Spark website

Great Job! emoticon I'm getting close to Onederland too, just 6 lbs to go. And your right a slight weight gain is nothing to worry about especially if you weigh daily.

No worries on a fractional weight gain, those of us who weigh daily know that strong mind control overrides the expected day to day fluctuations. I still am stoked about leaving the 200s.

I'm in Day 17 of new eating and fitness, but this is Day 1 of 15 minute meditation for 21 days with the thought in mind of creating a new habit to meditate and pray daily. The man who researched and discovered the concept of creating a new habit in 21 days was a researcher of creating a new self image. He experimented with his plastic surgery potential clients who agreed to try positive self image concepts for 21 days before undergoing the surgery. Most changed their mind when they realized their new-found self-worth far out-weighed making fake changes. He was Dr Maxwell Maltz, he wrote the bestseller Psycho-Cybernetics. Thus my 21 day quest for mind control.

Helpers/Small niceties: Crystal Light Pink Lemonade powder added to water, drinking from a glass bottle.

Cut out the sweets, smaller portions, push myself out there for more brisk walks. Pedometer and mp3 player are my new best friends.

Look forward all day to the best, most delicious treat at end of my day- Skinny Cow! emoticon chew slow, savor every bite.
