I occasionally take a multivitamin. But it's hard to track vitamins & minerals because most of them aren't required on food labels, and if you look at the full nutrition info for most items in the food tracker, the information is missing.

I don't track them. Most food labels don't include them, so I don't worry about it. :) I eat a fairly balanced diet these days, so I figure I'll get them!
