I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding

I am hoping to lose the last 20 pounds by summer. I am an emotional eater! Have had a few good days tracking nutrition and fitness, so feeling more positive! I appreciate the member posts and encouragement a lot. Am still learning how to navigate SP.
