Keep in mind that you don't have to do a lot of exercise-- on a day where you're pressing for time, try to do just 10 minutes. Take a walk or take the stairs or dance around the kitchen a little while you fix supper. Doesn't have to be much-- just a little something to get your heart rate up a little.

Happy Birthday!!! Don't feel bad about treating yourself it's one day out of 365. Just stay in moderation, exercise in some way and you will be good.
Last second to make a post before I go to bed. Still staying with it, but had a crazy day. Stayed on the plan, but didn't get to exercise. Tomorrow is my birthday. I'm hoping I resist "treating" myself.
