So last week I totally ruined my diet. I had 5 days off and I just ate the entire time. I dont weigh in until Monday so I was like.. well you ruined it who cares.Even though my diet is "ruined: for the week doesnt mean I cant start eating better today right?
So I have already planned out my meals for the day, just need to get my water in and I should be good.
