Speedy recovery. You can do it! I had bi-lateral knee replacement and was in much the same boat. That was three years ago and I'm down 120 pounds now. Just take it one day at a time and remember the tortoise and the hare.

I've just had Achilles tendon surgery, and of course gained weight while healing!! I'm starting physical therapy today finally! Had my surgery in July, and won't be returning to work until January. So since I have all the time in the world, I decided to change my eating habits! I love this website, it is so helpful!! To attain my ideal body weight I'll need to lose close to 90 pounds!! I'm just going to take it 5 lbs at a time!! Hope everyone has much success and a very happy weekend!!
