Using the food tracker makes all the difference in the world. The more we learn about nutrition and our own bodies, the easier it becomes to make good choices. Being able to see, not just calories, but all of the nutritional information, has really helped me to learn that a high protein breakfast sets me up for making good choices all day. (Cereal sets me up for noshing all day!) It is really empowering to know that the omelet is a better choice for me. I hope your journey of discovery helps you take control!
