When I don't have time to go to the gym or I just want to feel a super burn this is what I have decided to do.
Get a cup or small container and cup up some pieces of paper. Write the numbers 5, 8, 12, 15, 20, 25, and 30 evenly between them. Put them in the cup. Then write down on another piece of paper the following: 1.Situps 2. Squats 3. Side lunges/squats 4. Jumping Jacks 5. Butt Kickers 6. Squat Jumps 7. Push ups 8. Jump rope 9. Front Kicks 10. Wall sit
Now, pull out a number from the cup. That is how many you do of each exercise (for wall sits that is how many seconds). Trust me, I have been running through this two times in the morning and evening for the last couple days and it burns, but then again I am pretty unfitt haha! But I promise its a good workout!!!! Do as many sets as you feel you need too! :)
