Awesome Job! This is one thing I really struggle with myself. Once I have messed up it is hard not for me to mess up more. But the step you are taking now will lead you to more success!

Awesome! I find that strategy works so well and helps foster a good attitude and confidence, making you less likely to slip again. I'm proud of you, too.

Had a great dinner and was fully satisfied yet I couldn't help eating one of the kids tacos. First it was just a taste then another and another then oh heck have one taco.

I won't fall into the normal oh well attitude and have ice-cream and brownies figured I had already messed up so might as well eat more. Instead I am admitting what I did be honest on my food tracker and move on and do better tomorrow.

I am proud of me!
