I use RAW ONE for Women by Garden of Life. A little pricey, but they do not upset my stomach like regular multivitamins do. I don't take it every day though, as I try to meet all my nutritional needs through food.

I just go with the generic version of one-a-day at the supermarket. Same ingredients, fraction of the cost.

I understand your desire to use a more natural supplement; but don't feel like you are doing a disservice to your body by using a laboratory made supplement. In fact, sometimes these are better absorbed and utilized by the body. So a Centrum, One-a-Day or similar store brand would be fine. It is really your choice.

Find a supplement that you find affordable, is easily available, and you find that it settles well with your system. Be sure to look for the "USP" insignia on the label. This ensures that the supplement meets the standards for strength, purity, disintegration and dissolution established by the testing organization, U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP).

Looking for a good one a day type vitamin. Pop in the morning with my morning routine kind of thing. I would like to have something made from as much natural product (real food) as possible. Anyone have any good suggestions?
