Hey guys, I know there are a lot of threads about this, but I was wondering what you guys do for exercise? I used to do The Firm workout tapes, but I've gotten so sick of those I really can't do it again. Not to be rude, but I also don't really like any SparkPeople ones . . . I don't like running, dancing, sports. Do you guys have any ideas for what I might like? I know there isn't really anything else, I'm just kind of desperate, haha. Thanks :)
